Welcome to Liberté Bridal. These Terms and Conditions apply the moment you use our website, book an appointment, or purchase a product or service from us.
Bridal Appointments
An appointment is required for bridal consultations and gown shopping. We keep availability limited on purpose, since it lets us give each client real attention, so appointments are subject to confirmation. Liberté Bridal reserves the right to refuse service, reschedule an appointment, or change our appointment policies at any time.
Product Availability
Our designer collections, sample gowns, accessories and website displays of merchandise are subject to change based on availability. The price and specification may vary without notice.
Bridal Gown Purchases
Every bridal gown purchase counts as a special order. Each piece is custom-made or specially reserved for that client. That means:
• All sales are final.
• There are no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
• The deposit is irretrievable and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Timelines for production and delivery, as provided by designers, are estimates only. They aren't guaranteed.
Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs processing, material shortages, or anything else outside our control aren't something Liberté Bridal can be held responsible for.
Sample Gown Purchases
Sample gowns sell as-is. Minor wear, loose beading, missing buttons, prior alterations, other imperfections, any of this may be present on a given gown. Purchase one, and you're accepting its condition at the time of sale. Every sample gown sale is final.
Pricing & Payments
Prices can change without notice. At the time of purchase, we'll lay out payment plans, deposits, and a final payment schedule. Miss a required payment, and your order may be cancelled with the deposit forfeited.
Alterations
Alterations don't come included in a bridal gown's purchase price unless we've said otherwise in writing. When alteration services are provided, they fall under their own separate service agreement and policies.
Intellectual Property
Photographs, logos, graphics, text, branding, marketing materials, all of it on this website belongs exclusively to Liberté Bridal. None of it gets copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.
Website Use
Using this website, you agree not to:
• Use it for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload harmful software or malicious code
• Interfere with how the website operates
Limitation of Liability
Liberté Bridal isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of our website, products, or services, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Whatever the client paid for that specific product or service sets the ceiling on our liability in any case.
Governing Law
Texas law governs these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute tied to this website or our services goes exclusively to the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Modifications
Liberté Bridal reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason without notice.
If you continue using the site after the terms are modified, that constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
