Bridal Gown Purchases

All bridal gown purchases are considered special orders and are custom-made or specially reserved for each client.

Therefore:
All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Production and delivery timelines provided by designers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Liberté Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs processing, material shortages, or events beyond our control.

Sample Gown Purchases

Sample gowns are sold in their current condition.
Minor wear, loose beading, missing buttons, alterations, or other imperfections may be present.
Clients purchasing sample gowns acknowledge and accept the condition of the gown at the time of sale.
All sample gown sales are final.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment plans, deposits, and final payment schedules will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of orders and forfeiture of deposits.

Alterations

Alterations are not included in the purchase price of bridal gowns unless otherwise stated in writing.
Alteration services may be provided separately and are subject to their own service agreement and policies.
